Bruschetta alla Romana
Toasted Bread with Garlic, Salt and Antica Italia Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Ingredients:
Toast the bread until golden brown on both sides. Rub each slice with the garlic cloves, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle with the Antica Italia Extra Virgin Olive Oil.. Serve hot. Variation: Bruschetta con Pomodori Freschi (Bruschetta with Fresh Tomato Topping) Ingredients:

Dice the tomatoes into bite-sized chunks. Place them in a bowl and mix with oil, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover each bruschetta with a quarter of the tomato mixture. Serves 4. |
