Garlic Toast with Red Pepper Aioli

Ingredients: Preparation:

Finely chop the garlic in a food processor. Add the peppers and blend until almost smooth. Blend in the mayonnaise. Withe the food processor running slowly pour in the olive oil. Still at slow speed add the salt and pepper. Blend all ingredients well.

For the Toasts slice 12 pieces of white bread or ciabatta, rub garlic cloves on the bread, sprinkle freshly ground pepper, and drizzle two tablespoons olive oil over the bread slices, bake until golden brown.

Dip or spread the Aioli and enjoy this refreshing snack
