We guarantee all items shipped to you are fresh, are exactly what you ordered, and arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly replace or refund, less any shipping and handling fees associated with the order, within 10 days of shipment. All items are shipped UPS and all terms and conditions of UPS apply. The Italian Gourmet Market and the Foods of Italy is not responsible for lost items in transit. We will, however, assist you tracking the item through the UPS system. The Italian Gourmet Market and the Foods of Italy is also not responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Return Information

Please return items in their original packaging if possible. Always include the original invoice with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will gladly replace or refund the full amount, less shipping and handling, damaged items or items shipped that were not requested.
